Course Description

The Product Variant Module is a powerful tool that helps sellers manage and display products with multiple variations such as size, color, or style. Instead of creating multiple listings for each variation, the module allows you to promote one product with its variants, offering a smoother shopping experience for your customers. This organized setup not only enhances your inventory management but also streamlines your marketing efforts, ensuring that customers can easily view and choose their preferred product options.

Let’s walk through the steps of adding product variants to your listings for efficient and seamless product management.

  1. When creating a new product listing, ensure that the main product details are added first. This includes the product name, description, and any necessary images. Once these core details are entered, you can proceed to set up the variants.
  2. Before adding any variants, assign the correct Category and Sub-Category to the product. This ensures that your product appears in the relevant search results.
  3. Depending on the selected category and sub-category, additional attributes like Age Group, etc. will appear. This helps to further define the variants for the product. Select the appropriate age range or other attribute based on your product’s characteristics.
  4. After setting up the basic attributes, you’ll see a list of possible variants for your product. These could be different sizes, colors, or styles. Each variant will have its own barcode, price, quantity, and images.
  5. For each variant, fill in details such as:
    • Previous Price: To show any discounts.
    • Current Price: The price customers will pay.
    • Product Quantity: The stock available for each variant.
    • Images: Upload clear images for each variant to provide customers with a detailed view of their options. You can use different images for different sizes, colors, or styles.
  6. Once you’ve added all the necessary details for the variants, double-check the information for accuracy. This ensures that your customers can easily choose the product that best fits their needs. After reviewing, save your product listing with all its variants.
  7. You can always go back and manage or update the product variants if needed. Whether it’s changing the price, adding new variants, or updating stock levels, this gives you the flexibility to adjust your product offerings as your inventory changes.

By utilizing the Product Variant Module, you simplify the process of managing multiple options for a single product. This approach saves time, improves inventory control, and gives customers a better shopping experience, as they can easily view and select the variant that suits their needs.
