In this video guide, you will learn how to add videos to your shop to captivate customers and boost your sales.

  1. Open the seller dashboard, and click on ‘Add Item’
  2. Click on ‘Market Your Business (Add Video)’.
  3. Click on ‘Add Video’. You can add from the gallery or you can directly make a video from the camera and upload it. 
  4. Add ‘Video Details’ which helps the buyers to understand what the business is about. Add related tags to your video. Adding related tags increases the search visibility. This means when buyers search specific tags or keywords, the video is more likely to be shown on the top in the Window-Shopping section. 
  5. You can attach the video to your listed product or service by clicking the toggle button. This is optional.
  6. If you want to add this video to a specific product or service, select the product/service to which you want to attach the video.
  7. Now, click on ‘Upload Video’. Your video will be uploaded to the shop. 
  8. As you know, browsing reels and videos is a popular trend, so having product or shop-related videos effectively guides buyers to your shop. This trend is complemented by the ‘Window Shopping’ feature in BMS, creating a perfect synergy for increased sales and visibility. As the buyers scroll through the videos, this video content navigates the buyers toward the seller’s shop. This creates a direct path from product discovery to purchase.
