Incorporating appointment scheduling into your POS system is a strategic move that benefits both the business and its customers. It contributes to a more organized and efficient operation, enhances customer satisfaction, and ultimately leads to stronger customer relationships and loyalty.

In this video course, you will learn how to create appointments for services on POS system.

  1. Go to ‘POS’ and click on ‘Appointments’.
  2. First, select the service that the customer wants to avail of by clicking on ‘Select Service’
  3. Now, click on ‘Select Customer’ and select the customer for which the seller is creating an appointment. If the customer is not on the list, you can easily ‘Create Customer’. 
  4. Then, select the ‘Payment Method’ and ‘Appointment Date’
  5. Now, select the ‘Appointment Time’ and the ‘Location’. 
  6. Select the ‘Location’, and ‘Status’ of the appointment. Apply ‘Discount’ if the seller wants to, otherwise, you can leave it.
  7. Now, click on ‘Create Appointment’ and your appointment will be shown in the calendar.
