Course Description

Adding a pick-up configuration in your shop significantly enhances the efficiency of delivery services in collecting parcels from sellers and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Firstly, it eliminates the need for individual sellers to coordinate and schedule pick-ups with delivery service providers. Secondly, it optimizes the route planning for delivery services. Thus, a pick-up configuration enhances the overall reliability of the delivery process. 

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Pick-Up Configuration’. 
  2. Now, add the order pick-up details here. So, the delivery services can pick up your parcels accordingly. If your shop has multiple locations, add the exact shop location from where you offer order pick-ups to ensure efficient delivery to the customers. 
    Pick-Up/Shop Address Add your shop address or the pick-up address from where the delivery services will pick up your parcels.
    Processing Time for Collection Write how many hours you need to process and pack your parcels. For example: 6 hours, 12 hours, or 14 hours. 
    Collection Hours  Write the collection hours between which the delivery man will collect parcels from the seller. 
    Instructions If you want to give any additional instructions to the delivery services, you can write them over here. 
  3. After filling out the required information, click on ‘Save Configuration’.
  4. Saving pick-up information enables seamless coordination with delivery services. The delivery riders can easily access the necessary details, ensuring smooth and timely order pick-ups, and deliveries. Also, providing detailed pick-up information to delivery personnel ensures they have clear instructions on where and when to collect orders. This reduces the likelihood of delays or miscommunication.
